Eid-Al-Fitr is the large muslim celebration that ends the month of fasting known as Ramadan. I was studying abroad in Seville, Spain and decided to take a bus, ferrie, train, and taxi to get to celebrate in Fez, Morocco for the weekend. I met some of the nicest people in my life on that trip to Morocco. These photos capture some of the beauty of this culture and a time of celebration. I had a hard time choosing, so here is a bunch of them.

i love the vividness of the colors. wonderful. these pictures are full of life.
the first picture is kind of boring...that's the only "negative" thing i have to say...
The colors in these photos are AMAZING! I like how they appear to capture the atmosphere of the city (I'm guessing they do anyways...seeing as I've never been there).
Margi. You are a photojournalist. You've done a great job at capturing the essence of your trip and what you saw there. Saturating your images makes it all so vibrant and alive...I'm looking forward to seeing your images in travel magazines in years to come!
